Deb, thanks again for the bag. I really love it and it is almost perfect, but you asked for a review and here it is. If I could change it just a little, I would make the shoulder straps about 2-4 inches shorter (it hangs a little too low and gets awkward when it is full of heavy things) and I think I would also make it about 2 inches wider (big kid's books and my big changing pad could use a little more side to side space). Other than that it's a great bag! (oh, one other possible change: put some sort of pocket on the outside for keys or cell or something) love ya
