Springtime Staging
I REALLY hate house cleaning so I have to trick myself into "staging" the house for an event (having a friend over for dinner will work) or taking a photo. This spring, between bouts of gardening and chicken farming, I've been struck by the desire to have our house be light, white, and airy. In the living room I painted out the odd tiger-striped brick on the fire place with a crisp white. I gave the room a good cleaning and made some new pillow covers in a fresh green.
