More natural bath and beauty products from the Crafty Women's guild. We had fun playing with making lip balm, solid perfume and bath bombs/fizzies.
Here are two of the Lip Balm recipes we tried.
Orange Lip Balm
1 teaspoon cocoa butter,
1 teaspoon shea butter,
1 teaspoon almond oil,
a little vitamin E oil
about 15 drops of sweet orange essential oil
Melt ingredients in microwave or double boiler and pour into the tin. Refrigerate to set up.

Lip Moisturizing Balm
½ cup sesame oil
½ cup grated beeswax
1 teaspoon honey
5 drops peppermint essential oil
Melt the sesame oil, beeswax, and honey over gentle heat in a double boiler. Add the peppermint oil and remove from heat. Stir until thickened and poor into containers. Let it cool.
From Organic Beauty by Josephine FairleySince I end up eating a lot of the products I put on my lips I like knowing what's gone into them! Plus these were fun to make and decorate.

I love all your homemade beauty products. Please would you let me know where you get all your jars and bottles from. Also - how to do you get labels for your bottles and salve tins etc?
Thank you!
Thanks for this great post! I am really interested in making my own beauty products and these lip balms look easy and fun!
