The Sprout was a champ when it came to travelling. She really likes flying on "hairplanes" and thought the "hairports" were pretty great too. But her biggest thrill in Indiana is seeing all the farm animals. My parents live out in the country and every drive involves passing farms with cows and sheep and horses. One day, we stopped by my Uncle Dave's farm and the Sprout had a chance to sit on a tractor. My brother points out that it's practically obligatory to take the portrait of each child in our family on a John Deere. I think similar photos exist of each of my siblings and me on John Deere's when we were kids.
